A retreat for students and youth to learn key communication skills and leadership tools. Youth have the opportunity to build action plans to turn their passions into reality.

AIT LEGACY 2019

The experiences at this youth training will focus on direct skill development using a mix of experiential activities and open discussions about several topics including identity, generational differences, our individual and collective impacts. Please come ready to explore your gifts and growth points and plan to leave the program ready to proactively design and achieve the outcomes you desire as a youth leader; positively impacting your school, friendships, family, community and more. Your life is meant to be meaningful in our world, we are grateful to be a part of your greatness!

Transportation to and from the venue is the responsibility of each participant. AIT will assist coordination for airport pickup for a fee; please let us know if you need this. Tuition includes all meals, Day 1 dinner through Day 3 lunch, workshops, accommodations, programming, and a leadership package that includes: a reusable water bottle, t-shirt, journal, certification, and more.

The All It Takes Youth Leadership Certification Summit provides a unique and powerful weekend that, with your full effort and open-mindedness, will create an opportunity for you to up-level your leadership skills and elevate the influence you have in your life. Some of the competencies you will demonstrate understanding and application of include:

High level communication skills: listening, speaking connecting.

Communicate pro-actively and constructively in easy and challenging situations.

  • Participants will leave with greater confidence, self-efficacy and independent decision-making skills.

  • Participants will leave with the tools and commitment to engage in positive action to reduce unkind and hurtful behaviors.

  • Participants will have greater tolerance for others.

  • Participants will leave camp with a high level of empathy and care for self, each other and their environment.

  • School campuses and communities will experience a significant reduction in unkind behaviors from participants and their influences.
