The All It Takes Youth Influencer Intensive will provide a unique and powerful weekend that, with your full effort and open-mindedness, will create an opportunity for you to expand and elevate the impact you want to make with the youth in your life.
The training will be a mix of workshops that include experiential activities and open discussions surrounding topics on communication, generational differences, our relationships with youth, the role of adults, identity, and our individual and collective impact. Participants will intrinsically and extrinsically explore their influence on the youth in their life while defining the influence they want to have. This program is for adults however there will be occasional crossover programming with the youth attending our Youth Leadership Certification Training.

Participants are responsible for transportation to and from the training venue. AIT will assist coordination for airport pickup for a fee; please let us know if you need this. Tuition includes all meals, Day 1 dinner through Day 3 lunch, workshops, cabin accommodations (including bedding), programming, and a leadership package that includes: a reusable water bottle, t-shirt, journal, and more.
