LEGACY LEADERSHIP SUMMIT
The Next Generation of Leaders
Our flagship program brings together groups of youth from across the country and globe, from vastly different schools, settings, cultures, and socioeconomic statuses, for a 4-day intensive, experiential, and unforgettably fun training in a camp setting. They will learn, practice, and develop leadership skills to make a personally meaningful impact in the world.

Empower your students to lead boldly and build a legacy of impact.
This transformational experience combines hands-on activities with meaningful reflection. Students explore challenges, process insights, and connect with peers and staff in ways that leave a lasting impact. At times, students find themselves processing their experiences with strong emotions that may include exuberant joy, silent thoughtfulness, and tears. One activity has students silently relating school and family situations with one another, (any sharing of stories is completely optional). This activity brings students and staff, (counselors and administration who participate and support), together in a profoundly moving exercise that students consistently rank in the top three most meaningful events of the program. With the guidance of our experienced facilitators, students leave equipped to lead with confidence and compassion, ready to create positive change in their schools and beyond.

Discovery
When we experientially discover the personal value of a particular SEL skill, we
have a much stronger incentive to put
it into practice outside of
the experience.

Experience
When we engage in purposeful activities, reflection, and shared experiences, we witness, first hand, the impact being made and can choose if it is an impact we feel proud to be a part of.

Responsibility
When we identify with the power we truly have to influence results and the impact of these results on ourselves, others, and the environment, we are better able to direct our choices in directions that uplift.

Commitment
When we understand our impact, embrace our uniquely individual gifts, while also learning from our areas for growth, we can purposely design and live a commitment to positive impact.
