Karen has worked for All It Takes since 2014. During her time in AIT she worked as an administrative assistant, program coordinator, and now as a trainer. Although her full-time gig is as a researcher the mission of All It Takes is core to her work, to equip our youth with skills necessary to living full and compassionate lives.

Courtney Linsey, also known as Professor Whoa, is a renaissance figure dedicated to enriching lives through music, film, and education. In addition to his creative achievements, he has served as a classroom teacher in the Pasadena Unified School District, an Ella Baker Trainer and consultant with the Children's Defense Fund, and currently holds the position of Program Director at Harambee Ministries. As Professor Whoa, he further bridges the gap between culture and instruction by creating culturally relevant content for children, combining his diverse talents to empower young scholars.

Siana Ọrun-Walker

Siana Ọrun-Walker has over 15 years of experience in mental health settings where she has honed her skills in experiential therapies, program delivery, and group facilitation approaches that highlight the development of Emotional Intelligence, Self-Acceptance, and Personal Development. She has designed and facilitated personal development groups, workshops, trainings, and curricula that support insight, empathy, skills development, and sustainable recovery for those living with mental and behavioral health conditions. Siana holds multiple certifications in areas such as trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, family systems, and culturally proficient service delivery.

Justine is an ardent community advocate and has a background of working with and for children and youth, especially those in under-served and vulnerable communities. Justine brings honed skills to AIT in leadership development, non-profit management, stakeholder engagement, creating welcoming environments, volunteer engagement and storytelling for advocacy.
