Lori is a counselor, award-winning docu-training producer, speaker, writer, trainer, and SEL curriculum developer serving youth and those who serve them. Everyone, adult and young people, need nurturing relationships to learn how to navigate through life with resiliency and joy - this is Lori's commitment to those she serves.

Tanner began volunteering for AIT in 2010 when the organization was founded. In 2015 he joined the staff as an administrative assistant. Since then, he has risen through Director of Operations to Creative Director, collaborating to build up AIT's curriculum, programming, and film projects. In his free time, Tanner enjoys his cats, gardening, and writing.

Seamus has been working for AIT since last year but he has already been all over California coordinating programs, from Compton to Santa Cruz. Seamus studied graphic design at CSUCI where he began managing social media for local organizations as his senior project. When he isn’t working, Seamus loves making music and crying at Disney movies.

Paige is currently pursuing a degree in advertising at the University of Oregon, with minors in both multimedia and business administration. She is thrilled to be a part of the AIT team and help share AIT's mission and values with the world through managing their social media accounts.

Karen has worked for All It Takes since 2014. During her time in AIT she worked as an administrative assistant, program coordinator, and now as a trainer. Although her full-time gig is as a researcher the mission of All It Takes is core to her work, to equip our youth with skills necessary to living full and compassionate lives.

Siana Ọrun-Walker has over 15 years of experience in mental health settings where she has honed her skills in experiential therapies, program delivery, and group facilitation approaches that highlight the development of Emotional Intelligence, Self-Acceptance, and Personal Development. She has designed and facilitated personal development groups, workshops, trainings, and curricula that support insight, empathy, skills development, and sustainable recovery for those living with mental and behavioral health conditions. Siana holds multiple certifications in areas such as trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, family systems, and culturally proficient service delivery.

Courtney Linsey, also known as Professor Whoa, is a renaissance figure dedicated to enriching lives through music, film, and education. In addition to his creative achievements, he has served as a classroom teacher in the Pasadena Unified School District, an Ella Baker Trainer and consultant with the Children's Defense Fund, and currently holds the position of Program Director at Harambee Ministries. As Professor Whoa, he further bridges the gap between culture and instruction by creating culturally relevant content for children, combining his diverse talents to empower young scholars.
