FOUNDER & CEO OF ALL IT TAKES
Beyond the global message, All It Takes focuses on Youth Leadership under Lori’s expertise and direction. After 25 years as a school counselor focusing on experiential learning, parenting support, peer programs and emotional intelligence, Lori now spends her time writing and speaking on emotional intelligence issues, parenting dilemmas and the transformational work experiential education creates all while guiding All It Takes’ programming and executive operations.
Tanner began volunteering for AIT in 2010 when the organization was founded. In 2015 he joined the staff as an administrative assistant. Since then he has risen through Director of Operations to Creative Director, overseeing and editing AIT's curriculum, programming, and training. In his free time, Tanner enjoys his cats, gardening, and writing.
Karen began working for All It Takes in 2014 and returned to All It Takes after completing her B.S. in Social Psychology. In her time with the organization she has taken on many roles and is currently the Program Director. While working for All It Takes Karen completed her Masters in Legal and Forensic Psychology which helped her see even clearer how significant All It Takes' work can be to the world.
Justine is an ardent community advocate and has a background of working with and for children and youth, especially those in under-served and vulnerable communities. Justine brings honed skills to AIT in leadership development, non-profit management, stakeholder engagement, creating welcoming environments, volunteer engagement and storytelling for advocacy.
Engagement and Outreach
Rachel joined All It Takes in 2015 and has since added her creativity to the organization’s social platforms, logos, printed designs, and more. She has a passion for helping people and looks forward to seeing the continual change All It Takes is bringing to the world.
