Lori Woodley-Langendorff
Founder & CVO of All It Takes, MS, PPS
Lori is a counselor, award-winning docu-training producer, speaker, writer, trainer, and SEL curriculum developer, Founder and Chief Visionary Officer of All It Takes. Everyone, adult and young people, need nurturing relationships to learn how to navigate through life with resiliency and joy - this is Lori's commitment to those she serves.
Justine Fischer
Outreach & Engagement
Justine is an ardent community advocate and has a background of working with and for children and youth, especially those in under-served and vulnerable communities. Justine brings honed skills to AIT in leadership development, non-profit management, stakeholder engagement, creating welcoming environments, volunteer engagement and storytelling for advocacy.
Seamus McLean
Program Coordinator
Seamus has been working for AIT since 2022, and in that time he has been all over California coordinating programs, from Compton to Santa Cruz. Seamus studied graphic design at CSUCI where he began managing social media for local organizations as his senior project. When he isn’t working, Seamus loves making music and crying at Disney movies.
Tanner Woodley
Creative Director
Tanner began volunteering for AIT in 2010 when the organization was founded. In 2015 he joined the staff as an administrative assistant. Since then, he has risen through Director of Operations to Creative Director, collaborating to design and create AIT's curriculum, programming, and film projects. In his free time, Tanner enjoys his cats, gardening, and imagining cool things.
Rebecca Amis
Communications and Outreach
Rebecca became part of the AIT team in 2023 as a consultant and now works permanently in the organization connecting and engaging with the wider education community promoting the mission and vision of AIT. Having a long and winding journey through education, psychology and people, Rebecca enjoys furthering this ride through supporting the organization and building relationships. Writing, reading, napping, skiing and spending time with friends and family are Rebecca's ultimate passions.
Rikke Wilson
Operations Manager
Rikke joined the All It Takes team in 2023, focusing on the operations side of the business. With decades of experience at highly successful startups, her priority is to keep everything running smoothly so AIT can continue its mission. In her spare time, she loves hanging out with her family and friends, camping at the beach, and wine tasting.
Paige Pelletier
Social Media & Graphic Design
Paige is currently pursuing a degree in advertising at the University of Oregon, with minors in both multimedia and business administration. She is thrilled to be a part of the AIT team and help share AIT's mission and values with the world through managing their social media accounts.
Wanapheya Tolman
Administrative Assistant
Wanapheya started his journey with AIT as a participant in 2017, then a youth mentor and volunteer, now he works with AIT to further AIT's mission.
Raised by educators, activists, and blue-collar workers, Wanapheya is Húŋkpapȟa Lakȟóta and Isaŋti Dakota from the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe, born and raised on the Standing Rock Reservation in North Dakota. He represents the Skunk, Pretends-Eagle, Young, and Yellow-Lodge families of the Lakota/Dakota homelands.
