The experiences at this youth training will focus on direct skill development using a mix of experiential activities and open discussions about several topics including identity, generational differences, our individual and collective impacts. Please come ready to explore your gifts and growth points and plan to leave the program ready to proactively design and achieve the outcomes you desire as a youth leader; positively impacting your school, friendships, family, community and more. CSUCI and All It Takes will be following all CDC, State, and County COVID-19 protocols as they exist at the time of the training.
Youth attending this experientially driven training will learn:
